What's happening?

We are working on revitalizing this historic Barclay Westmoreland Trust Company (BWTC) edifice. This monolith was built in 1929 and our desire is to bring back its old glory. BWTC building is located in the heart of Greensburg and I bet you will never miss this marvel built 10 years after WWI and 10 years before WWII (this building is a nuclear shelter).

Our vision is to develop BWTC building into a cool and trendy co-working office space in resourceful Greensburg community. Building any community is a collective task, with vision, passion, resources and leadership we are committed to develop this building and do our part in revitalizing an iconic building in our downtown.

​Building Community takes passion, commitment, time and helping hands. With able leadership of our County Economic Growth Connection, State Economic development, City Planning boards and last but not least support from our local business and entrepreneur community, success is certain.
